Professional experience: Served as department head and vice president of the legal department of Yunnan International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd.; vice president of Yongjin Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd.; head of the financial working group and assistant to the president of Tongfang Co., Ltd.; Liangji Investment Management Co., Ltd. General manager, currently the legal representative and chairman of Beijing Yitianfu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Areas of expertise: possessing lawyer professional qualifications, securities investment consulting, fund business qualifications and bank risk control qualifications. With more than 20 years of accumulated equity investment experience, he has held senior management positions in many companies and has rich management practices and business processing capabilities. Familiar with core business processes such as equity investment, fund management, and post-investment operations, and possesses comprehensive capabilities in effective communication with government regulatory authorities, efficient team building, fund raising, and investor relationship maintenance.

Investment performance: During his tenure at Yunnan Trust, the department in charge managed an average of about 50 trust products per year, and the total trust property under management exceeded RMB 2 billion on average annually. During his tenure at Yongjin Industrial (Group), the scale of assets under management was nearly RMB 400 billion. Presided over large-scale equity investment M&A projects such as Tongfang's acquisition of Hikvision Life Insurance and Tongfang's acquisition of Zhenmingli.

Jun graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a MSc. Computer Science and BSc. Language and Literature from Tsinghua University of China. Jun is a CFA Charter Holder from 2006.
